Position: Permanent Part-time Retail Sales Assistant
Availability: Must be available Friday, Saturdays, public holidays (including Christmas period and Boxing Day).
Minimum Hours Per Week: 7 - 15 hours

Job Summary

Availability: Must be available weekends, public holidays (including Christmas period and Boxing Day). 

Role: To be successful in this role, you'll be outgoing and bubbly with top notch communication skills and confidence communicating with both our customers and staff from all walks of life. You are highly driven to close sales and consistently achieve sales targets & KPI's. You are passionate about the Birkenstock brand, and are motivated to provide our customers the best customer experience.

Job Description

BIRKENSTOCK, a destination fashion footwear store, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for retail and customer service. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be driven to achieve both individual and team sales targets. Bring your energy and people skills to this exciting role!


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer
  
• Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets through excellent customer service and strong product knowledge
  
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
  
• Process incoming and outgoing stock accurately
  

Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Experience as key holder is an advantage
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
  
• Strong communication and time-management skills
  
• Current New Zealand work rights
  
• An interest in fashion or footwear is an advantage
