We have several Retail Sales Assistant opportunities available, including:

• Permanent part-time positions
• Fixed-term positions

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, genuine and knowledgeable customer service
• Helping customers find the right Birkenstock style and fit
• Learning about our products and confidently sharing your knowledge
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from people who have:

• A genuine passion for great customer service
• Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience — although a great attitude is just as important
• Strong communication and people skills
• A friendly, positive and hands-on approach
• Reliability and a willingness to contribute as part of a team
• Confidence working in a busy customer-facing environment
• Flexibility to work across a retail roster, including weekends and public holidays
