Store Manager - Birkenstock Takapuna

Position: Store Manager

About the store: In our newest boutique, we redefine luxury with our exclusive collections and impeccable service. 
Nestled in the heart of Takapuna, our boutique is celebrated for curating the finest in Birkenstock collection in NZ. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to exceeding expectations, we invite you to lead our extraordinary team. Being able to adapt to and fit in with the team dynamic will be very important. You should be able to work 5 consecutive days each week and be fully available throughout the Christmas period. We require that you have the relevant rights to work in NZ, whether by Visa, or being a Resident or Citizen. About you: To be successful, you should be an open-minded, mature, and outgoing person. The ideal candidate will be passionate about footwear & apparel and should competently be able to share the brand’s values with our clients. We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator, with both staff & customers, while upholding the store’s high standards of service. You should enjoy being a part of a friendly sales environment and be motivated by personal & team sales targets. You should be fluent in spoken and written English, as the role will include communicating with clients on the telephone, via email, and face to face.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Management
• Manage the store, in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Supervise & train part-time staff.
• Assist with store budgets & targets.
• Lead & motivate the sales team.

• Sell merchandise with superior customer service.

• Consistently friendly, energetic, genuine and personable in all interactions.
Presentation
• Visual Merchandising – Windows, tables and graphics are all based on brand standards and current directives.
• Adheres to dress code policy with highest brand standards.
• Housekeeping – maintaining store cleaning standards.
• Promoting and advertising the store’s products and services.

• Participates in processing incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist in growing customer communication and database.

Retail Sales Assistant - Birkenstock Takapuna

Position: Part Time Retail Sales Assistant 

Period: You will be required to work Fridays, weekends and public holidays.

Role: To be successful in this role, you'll be outgoing and bubbly with top notch communication skills and confidence communicating with both our customers and staff from all walks of life. You are highly driven to close sales and consistently achieve sales targets & KPI's. You are passionate about the Birkenstock brand, and are motivated to provide our customers the best customer experience.
