COVID-19 NZ Update

IMPORTANT: All our products are being delivered from our warehouse centre based in New Zealand. We are not currently experiencing delays with our orders.
From our family to yours, we hope that you are keeping safe and well and keeping up the fight against COVID 19.
As of 11:59 PM, 21st September 2021, Auckland has moved to Alert level 3. Northland and South of Auckland remains at Alert Level 2.
During this time, our Newmarket store is closed. Our online store remains open. All our products are being delivered from our warehouse centre in New Zealand with increased safety measures.
The following procedures will be taking place:
• Social distancing will be practiced and rigorous hygiene protocols will be encouraged including using hand santitiser frequently
• 1 business day picking - all items will be picked and ready for dispatch from our Auckland warehouse within 1 business day
• Contactless delivery
• Live track and trace for all parcels
High touch points will be sanitised regularly. The health and safety of our staff and customers is our first priority and we thank you in advance for your assistance.
We will continue to evolve our approach as more guidance from the government and medical experts is provided.
